Sentinel K9 - Expert Training | Boarding | Daycare

I had an amazing experience with sentinel K9. I was interested in sending my boy in for dog aggression training and lucky for us we won the raffle they had at the time! He went in for about two weeks and came back with so much progression. I used to fear public walks with him due to him being such a strong dog and was out of my control when he saw another dog. He now listens to commands , does better on the leash , no longer goes crazy when coming in contact with another dog and stops trying to attack. He also had a follow up session which taught me how to keep him focused on my commands which was such huge help! I even sent him back another time for boarding while i was out of town and he did great! Sentinel K9 is very genuine , they seek the best for BOTH you and your dog , and keep you updated the entire time. I’ll forever recommend them, they’re the only people i trust with my dog!! My boy will continue to go back for any future training sessions needed and for boarding when i’m away

We currently have our dog, Ollie, in service training and boarding with Sentinel K9, and the experience has been nothing short of incredible so far. A little backstory—while visiting family in Texas, we happened to run into a couple of trainers at a dog park, including Anthony. They had a few dogs with them (including Zeus 1 and Zeus 2 who are up for adoption), and it was immediately clear these dogs were highly trained—calm, attentive, and incredibly well-behaved. I couldn’t help but ask where they trained, and that’s when we learned they were with Sentinel K9. At the time, we had only had Ollie for about three weeks after adopting him from a shelter and were actively looking for a program that could support service dog training. They gave us their card and pointed us toward Chandler, the owner, for more specific guidance. We called right away, and Chandler set up a same-day meet and greet. From that moment, everything just clicked. He worked with us to build a customized training plan that fit our needs, especially with the extended boarding and service training goals. We dropped Ollie off at the beginning of April and will be picking him up at the end of June. During our first “learn and train” session, we worked directly with Anthony—which felt full circle since he was the reason we connected with Sentinel K9 in the first place. Anthony took the time to walk me through foundational training and how to work with Ollie in both basic and distracted environments. He was patient, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, especially when it came to addressing concerns and setting realistic expectations for continuing training at home. Ollie is still currently in training, and from everything we’ve seen and heard, he’s thriving and clearly enjoying his time there (even though we definitely miss him!). It’s reassuring knowing he’s in such capable and caring hands. We are already seeing so much growth in him and can’t wait to see how far he goes. Huge thank you to Chandler and especially Anthony for the impact they’ve had—not just on Ollie, but on our journey as well. Sentinel K9 has truly been a blessing for us.
