Like other reviews have said, it is very hard to get responses from Lauren while your dog is there. During the interview call, I was told my dog would be fully trained to be "off leash" and be able to go everywhere with me. I was also told they would correct his separation anxiety as well as fear of nail trimming. Lauren told me I would get regular updates, pics, and videos of him during his stay. He was there for 4 weeks, during which I got 2 photos of him and zero videos. The member website they promote was complete bs and absolutely pointless because nothing gets uploaded to it. It took several texts and phone calls each time to get a response from Lauren, and the updates were very vague. When I brought him home, he was so afraid of his crate that he tore everything up inside and tried to bend the metal to get out. He NEVER did that before this camp. That leads me to believe he was likely crated for most of the time he was there, which makes me angry! He also came home being food aggressive and marking. Neither of these things were an issue prior and we have another dog in the house so it has become a real problem that I'm now having to try and reverse. His nails were never touched and I was told to arrange him to be boarded (at my cost) for a weekend to finish that training. My first regret is spending $2200 to this business to teach my dog how to walk on a leash, because thats basically what I got. I could have done that at Feeders Supply for way less and had a less traumatized dog afterwards. My second regret is that I didn't go pick him up the first time it took me 2 days to get a response. These dogs are like kids to us, they are part of the family, and to know that he was not treated as such while in their care makes me very sad.
