Our two dogs just completed obedience training at Serenity Ranch Kennels, and it was hands-down the best experience we've ever had—actually our second time trusting them with our pups now that we have a new addition to the family. Led by Jay D and Deanna Crouch, the facility and team are exceptional—professional, caring, and perfectly equipped for real transformation. This time, we brought our new Golden for training, and the results exceeded expectations once again. Dave was our Brittany's initial trainer at Serenity Ranch Kennels years ago, and he remains an instrumental part of their team all these years later. That kind of long-term dedication says so much about the Crouches and the strength of their program. Dave has an incredible, rare gift with dogs—our pups came back calmer, more responsive, and genuinely well-mannered in ways we never imagined possible. Dave also has an extraordinary way with owners. The intake at the beginning and the handover session at graduation was thorough, patient, and incredibly empowering—he walked us through every command and technique so clearly and confidently that we felt fully prepared to keep the progress going strong at home. The Crouches and their team at Serenity Ranch Kennels deliver outstanding results with genuine heart.
