FirstBarkI placed an order for $103.38 on July 11, it was processed on July 12 and it is now Aug 16th and still no product. I tried sending emails, crickets. I went through my bank and disputed the charge. I would never do business with them. Poor customer serve to say the least!

Total scam!!!!! I will also write to trustpilot about them , never received a confirmation email on my order 22911 and never received the products. They do not send the goods nor reply , the positive comments below are their own staff do not fall into their trap!!

A service dog doesn't have to be trained by a professional trainer either, they're to be trained for one task for you. The ID, tags, and vest are not recognized under the ADA. Please read that again and go do your research for your local city/state government rules/laws on service dogs. I to will admit that I and my partner bought from this fraudulent company on March 29th 2026, and never received the purchased items, I made contact once on the phone with Adam and he said he's fix it, he yet has. I have been trying time after time to reach them and always get the voicemail, left 2 messages and still nothing. Im turning this company in for being a profitable business to innocent people and their service dogs. They've been revoked under the BBB!
Total Scam!, they never answer the phone or emails. Whenever you call them, there’s an answering machine that informs you that they can’t attend your call at that moment and asks you to leave your contact information so they can call you back, which never happens.
This company appears to be a scam. I paid for a certification but never received it, nor did I get the payment confirmation email they claimed to send. Furthermore, my repeated attempts to contact customer service across multiple days and times have failed; their phone line only plays a recorded message requesting contact information.
