Service Dog Tutor

Was extremely rude and unsympathetic multiple times plus what she said about what was REALLY required for a pet to become a service dog was UNTRUE. EITHER WAS DISHONEST OR UNINFORMED. NOT a good sign!! . Said we needed to jump through all sorts of hoops to get the dog certified. NOT TRUE!! Found another service dog trainer who was honest with us. Definitely Could be a ploy to get lots of $$$$$ from folks good or not at her job. BE FORWARNED!

Jean is such a special person. She has been training my puppy with me to be my service dog for mental health. This is a very different type of service animal to an animal that helps with physical disabilities. It requires a lot of patience and understanding that every mental health disability is different. Jean has infinite patience and understanding. She is constantly checking in to make sure we are training things that will give me the support I need, while also teaching me how to love in a world where my disability is not outwardly visible. She really is one of a kind, and trusty cares about helping everyone she can!

Jean has been such a wonderful teacher and provided so much stress relief as we took on raising a puppy. We are new dog owners and were unsure about just about everything we were doing in raising a puppy. Jean quickly put our minds at ease, and built up our confidence, with her easygoing demeanor, wonderful attitude and patience for all of our crazy questions and insecurities. Not only has she been extremely helpful in providing us with guidance on how to train our new puppy, but she quickly and patiently engaged our children in the training process in a way that was informative and easy to understand. We are so thankful to have found her.

I feel so lucky that I found Jean to help me train a service dog. I have always felt frustrated with dog training and hated doing it until I started working with her. Now it's fun! I definitely think I would have given up if I had picked any other trainer. She is one of the most compassionate people I know and very encouraging which is exactly what I need. She's such a positive person and great influence, not to mention she helped me train a service dog which has given me independence. I really just feel so blessed that a google search led me to where I am now, and I would recommend anyone and everyone to meet with her!
