Shaman's Way Dog Training

We are doing therapy training with our Pitty. Aedan has been outstanding helping us with our dog. Our puppy is very smart but stubborn and has endless amounts of energy. We are all making great progress with his help. We’ve been to other dog trainers with other dogs and Shamans Way is by far the best dog trainer we have worked with. His training methods for “the people” really make the difference for the dog’s training! Thanks again Aedan !!!!!!

My husband and I got a puppy at 4 months old that needed help with all basics in puppy training. I have had bad luck with training in the past and wanted a trainer that specializes in positive reinforcement. I Googled dog trainers in my area and Shaman 's way pooped up. I liked that his motto was positive reinforcement training and liked all of his reviews stated this was the case. I have tried other means of training with past dogs and they were not successful. My pup and I have been working with Aeden going on our 6th week and my little girl is doing great. She can sit, lie down, stay in place, walk without (or with very little) pulling, I can say I have never had success with a dog not pulling or reacting while walking. To have a puppy walk beside me without pulling was huge for me. My pup is an American Bully and my goal is to make her a therapy dog and I have no doubt Aeden is going to help us make that happen. We still need to work on her recall, puppy nipping, greeting people and dogs in a polite manner, no jumping, and no bolting towards the door. For getting a puppy at 4 months old with no previous training and to see such huge improvements within 6 short weeks is very cool to see. Now we as their humans have to put in the hard work as well and Aeden shows us how to work with our fur babies when they are not in class. I would highly recommend Aedan with Shaman's Way for a gentle and kind approach to dog training.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I really was nervous about investing in puppy training. I've had experiences in the past where it felt like a waste of time and didn't work. My little guy "big bad bear" is actually sitting, touching, doing place lieing down....and best walking on the leash. I was getting frustrated with walking....wondering if being stuborn was going to be a lifetime problem. Much better. Aedan does a really good job of building lists for me with youtube videos of the work we're doing. Bear watches when Aedan leaves, thats how much he likes Aedan.
