Sharp K9s is a broad spectrum, professionally certified dog training company located in Western Montana dedicated to the training, education, and mentorship of dog owners and handlers throughout the Northwest. Dave and Christine Howe live and work out of their 6 acre property located less than 20 miles south of Missoula in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley. They are a team in life and in their mutual passion for raising, working, and training dogs. Sharp K9s is a disabled veteran owned business run with honesty, integrity, loyalty, and fairness.

Brought my Belgian Malinois pup in for obedience training. Outstanding work done by Sharp K9. My pup was a night and day difference in his obedience by the time training was complete. Owners are extremely professional, friendly, and reliable. I chose the train while being boarded option and was able to see my pup whenever I wanted. Also got pictures & videos of his progress along the way. HIGHLY recommend Sharp K9 for all training needs. Staff/Owners are extremely qualified and show high dedication and passion in what they do.

We have been through several trainers with our various Heidelberg Shepherds over the past 25 years. Our latest addition to the family we took to Sharp K9s at 6 months old for basic obedience training. We were immediately impressed with the beautiful facility and the professionalism of Dave and Christine. After they returned a well behaved and happy dog with excellent leash manners, we took our 2 year old for intermediate off-leash training. Again we were not disappointed. We have made plans for more advanced training for the 2 year old and off-leash for the pup. It is such a pleasure to have access to such qualified professionals.
Dave and Christine are wonderful people, with a very professional, top-notch facility. They take excellent care of the dogs and are great trainers. Highly recommend!
I was able to set up an appointment quickly and drop off my lovely dog. Two weeks later i had an attentive, trustworthy companion. I will definitely be back for advanced training!
