We had an amazing experience with David and his team in April 2021, after seeing the video online. We have a very aggressive German Shepherd, where we needed some help before this got out of hand. Knowing that there are 2 sides to every story, we discussed the video with David and understood the circumstances in which this happened. This made us very comfortable leaving our dog in his hands.. David was able to build trust with our dog (who never trusts anyone) and work with him to understand his triggers and issues. Once we had a clear understanding of the issue, David gave us a lot of tricks and techniques to manage this aggression. Unfortunately we cannot cure this type of aggression, but we can learn how to work with our dog and have him live a fulfilled life at home with us. Thank you David for saving our dog!!!!

David is an amazing trainer, of dogs and their humans. I took my rescue Cocker Spaniel to him eight years ago hoping to be able to do therapy dog work with her. In just 6 one hour sessions she was qualified to work as a therapy dog. I especially liked that he listened to me and trusted that I knew my dog. We worked as a therapy dog team for 8 rewarding years, and I have David to thank for that. He is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. It amazes me that seemingly just by his calm demeanor, dogs follow his commands. I recently returned with a new dog with the same goal. This time it was achieved in one session since he had done a 4 week puppy training and boarding with her 4 years before I was blessed to get her. Thank you, David, for giving me the tools to make my life with my dogs so satisfying and fulfilling. He is truly one of the best!

We have been working with David since June 2020 for our young lab's training needs. Our lab loves David and his staff. David is a knowledgeable, kind and patient man. When you meet David, it is so clear how much he loves dogs and how important their state of mind, safety and well-being are to him. I am so thankful we found David and we have really enjoyed working with him and learning how to work with and train our high energy lab. David uses positive training methods to build trust between you and your dog. Our family has learned so much from David on how to communicate with our dog and how she communicates with us. We will continue to use David for all of our future training needs and we recommend him without hesitation.

We took our sweet but anxious and high-energy lab to David for training and I was very impressed with the results. Our dog is much more calm now and obedient. He basically trains them and also has you come in periodically to practice the training yourself to prepare for continuing to train your dog after they return home. The commands are easy to pick up and useful. My dog was somewhat apprehensive around strangers but after two weeks with David and his staff she was extremely happy to be around them and was clearly enjoying her time there. Its a shame a Facebook post lacking context (and about a dog that eventually has been shown to be aggressive before training there...) has led to their livelihood being endangered. For me personally I wouldn't hesitate to send my dog there to board again or for more training.
