We recently had our 12 week old, Cane Corso, Raven attend a two week board & train puppy bootcamp and basic, on-leash obedience program. As a lifetime dog owner, I was a nervous wreck leaving her there but all of my questions were answered and I was encouraged to contact them throughout her stay. In typical puppy fashion, Raven was jumpy, nippy and energetic. After picking her up she is now calmer, more attentive, & walking beautifully on the leash. She has learned sit, stay, heel, come & down. An added bonus is that she sleeps in her crate all night, without accidents and also has downtime in the crate without whining/barking. Raven is even responsive to commands given by our 6 y/o daughter. We are truly grateful to Fritz and his team! We are looking forward to advanced off-leash training in the future. More importantly, we are excited for a healthy & happy relationship with our new pack member! Thank you!

We took our two Standard Poodles to Shultz K9 - a 4 month old puppy and a 7 year old with aggression/fear issues. While it was hard to leave the dogs away from home, the experience was absolutely amazing for both the dogs and for us. From the day we dropped the dogs off we received progress reports and we could call any time day or night for a report and see how they were doing. The staff is wonderful, so kind and you can see how much they love dogs and really have a passion for what they do. The dogs returned home fully leash trained and our 7 year old dog who had the aggression/socialization issues is able to have a normal life now and is around other dogs without any issues. I am so impressed every time I take them out for a walk or out in public - no pulling on the leash, sitting and laying down when asked - it's just absolutely amazing. I feel like it greatly improved our relationship and joy with our dogs now that they are so well behaved. I would highly recommend Shultz K9 to anyone, they are really amazing - very professional and just all around amazing people, it was such a great experience and continues to be.

Took a stray dog (approx 6/7 months old), who had no basis of any training. Not house broken, lots of untamed puppy energy and was just learning a new name. Essentially he was a wild animal, but we knew he was a sweet guy under all of it and just needed dedicated time to work through his behavioral issues. Cujo did the basic on leash program and came back a totally different dog. No more accidents in the house, following the 5 basic commands very well (not perfect but you need to continue to reinforce the training at home). He’s been back with us for less than a week and he’s made great improvement since coming back home. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. You’d never be able to tell he was a stray just 4 weeks before. Very happy with the training and care Cujo received while at Schultz.
