FirstBarkWonderful loving and caring staff! They always spoil our 15 year old fur baby whenever she stays. She has been there for short stays and longer vacation stays 8+ days. They will bathe your baby prior to pick up for an additional fee and will give plenty of snuggles. Extra play time is also available for a small fee. We love and appreciate the staff.

I've been taking my malinois there for a few years and they have always been great accomodating her anxiety. I would email Raymond and explain all of your pups needs and I am pretty sure he would be able to accommodate.

I have taken my lab there for several years, he is going to be 12. I have never had any issues, but please give them a call and I am sure they can answer any questions and alleviate any concerns you may have.

We had a last minute cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. They were completely understanding and cancelled our appointment in a very professional and kind manner. Will absolutely continue to use them in the future

I used this facility three times. First time, I was pleased. Second time was during the snowstorm in Jan. 2022 and found out the facility did not have a backup generator; therefore, the dogs were cold. I used this facility three times. First time, I was pleased. Second time was during the snowstorm in Jan. 2022 and found out the facility did not have a backup generator; therefore, the dogs were cold. This last and final time, one of my dogs had scratched off hair from his face and the hair on his neck was stiff. The facility told me it was allergies and they gave him a Benadryl pill - without asking me. Speaking with a vet, I was told it looked like he had been muzzled. My dog did not bark for four (4) days after picking him up. Today is one week from picking him up, and he is just now becoming the pet we knew. Plus, when I picked him up, he came out without a leash and the person told me "he got out of his collar." I will not use this facility again. It seems to have been animal abuse.
