Silverbrook Kennels

Silverbrook Kennels exceeded every one of our very high expectations in caring for and training our dogs. They are communicative and understanding--one of our dogs had a health issue that required us to reschedule her training, and they were very accommodating--and also extremely caring. Raymond, Adam, and Alex went over the training in detail and spent a lot of time with us to make sure they understood our dog's temperament and needs, as well as what we behaviors we were looking to correct. They personalized the training to fit our dog, and were patient, kind, and firm in working with her. The whole Silverbrook staff treats every animal as if they're family, and we were so impressed with the results that we signed our younger dog up for training immediately after the first was done. Raymond and Alex then went above and beyond to work with both dogs together to ensure that we'd get the maximum benefit from the training. We saw a dramatic positive change in both dogs' behavior, and we were given detailed instruction on how to continue to see the results at home. Raymond and Alex even took the time to work with our teenagers to make sure we as a family could all work through the commands. Our dogs are a very important part of our family, and trusting someone to care for them and train them for three weeks was a huge deal for us. That said, we would not hesitate to leave our dogs in Silverbrook's care again. Five stars is not enough for how great our experience with them has been. Highly recommend.
