Requires multiple messages over multiple days to solicit a response. Scheduling accommodations are laughable, at best. Communication is sub-par. Snarky responses. Would have been nice to work with this group based on location, but their reputation appears to be out-dated. Their operation is clearly struggling and their customer service is severely lacking. Seek other help for your dog training needs. Update to respond to owner: The tone and tenor of your response is indicative of the treatment we received. I am part of a committed relationship and I read all of the written correspondence between you and my partner. I certainly have every right to leave a review of your business, especially as it pertains to your lacking communication and professionalism. Both of my dogs are fully vaccinated, regularly visit the vet, and work with MULTIPLE other trainers, because we are accomplished dog owners, committed to training them to be well behaved members of our community and house hold. I would suggest that you refrain from picking fights with the public in your review comments, not a good look. Strive to do better with your next potential client. Your snarky behavior and the tone of this response confirmed my suspicions about the culture that you have at your business.... a toxic one. I'm changing my review from 2-stars, down to 1-star, for your confrontational approach to customer service.

We have used Sirius Strides for training/enrichment with our yellow lab for the last 4 years and we would definitely recommend to anyone for training or even ongoing enrichment for your pups. Effective training style that works and lots of information given to take home and work with your dog! All of the trainers and staff have always been great and our dog absolutely loves going to the meet ups. Would definitely recommend!

Sirius Strides has made a huge difference in our Trudie's behavior, especially around other dogs. She now has impressively improved "impulse control", and she has a better ability to be around other dogs, especially unruly ones, without "blowing up". Winston started with Sirius Strides at a puppy, and is easily manageable at home and on walks. We love the drop-off training, and the dogs do too! We call it "going to school", as the trainers, who Keith has working for him, love them, and teach them new things, which reinforce what they have learned in training classes. Trudie started training with Sirius Strides as a "teenager", while Winston started as a puppy. The next puppy we get, will start with Sirius Strides as soon as we get it, to get off "on the right foot". A big "Thank You" to Keith and his crew, for helping our dogs have better lives.
