Dog is still scarred….Bad grooming experience. Had concerns after my dog was kept for 5 hours for just a quick grooming and acting very upset/strange once home, so I checked in with the groomer just to make sure all went okay.. She was very unprofessional, rude, and defensive. My dog has never acted the same at the groomer since. I will not be going back and don’t recommend this groomer. That being said, we did not take part on the training here and have heard good things about that.
I take my 6 month old goldendoodle in for her grooming appointments and they are always so kind and professional. Ruby loves going there and I have only had pleasant interactions with the staff. 10/10. I'd even get my haircut there if I was a dog....Great place.
