We sent you an email with classes opening soon and also asked you to let us know what days and times work best for you. We never heard back from you.and assumed that you weren't interested. Hi John, thank you for the feedback. You are absolutely right. This was not a good experience for you and we know that. The groomer was out sick the morning of your appointment and then completely full the next day. I know this had to be frustrating on your end and assure you that this is not a typical customer experience. We sincerely apologize and would like another opportunity to earn your business. Please contact us, ask to speak to the owner and we will make things right.

This review was one of several negative reviews from fake accounts left by the manager of the PetSmart store in Golden Gate Plaza. The manager was upset that we stopped into the store with a group of dogs during one of our community Meet Ups. The goal of our Meet Ups is teaching dog owners how to utilize dog-friendly environments to help dogs improve obedience behaviors. The manager explained that, since they offer dog training, he felt that it was inappropriate that we were in the store. I agreed that this was fair and we immediately left the store. After the Meet Up, I went back into the store to apologize to the manager again and explain that it was not our intention to make them feel uncomfortable. Immediately after I left the store, several very negative reviews were placed on our google page. The reviews ranged from calling us douchebags to warning people not to work with us. Every review came from a fake account making it impossible to respond or have a dialogue. Google flagged most of them immediately but this review doesn't violate their rules and cannot be removed. We always welcome constructive feedback but find this behavoir to be both unprofessional and disappointing.

Mr. Robinson, we remember your calls. They came in around the Fourth of July holiday when we were closed. You were called back the following Monday and enrolled in our Puppy Class.
