About Sit Means Sit
Is your dog chewing up your furniture, jumping uncontrollably, or nipping at your friends and kids? It is difficult to forge a deep relationship with your dog when they are “out of control.” Sit Means Sit Dog Training Salt Lake City is based in West Jordan, Utah, and we offer the option to come to you! Everything we do is for the purpose of molding happy, confident, obedient dogs which results in happy owners. Your pup would be in our care for 10-20 days for a full emersion training experience. They would spend 40 hours a week receiving matchless training from their personal full-time trainer. They would learn valuable skills that would transfer right to your home.

Do you expose dogs to different environments and situations during training?
This is our favorite. During our trainings we train around many other dogs, go on field trips all around the community and of course our group classes are where we create confidence building drills for real life scenarios. You can find us at Scheels, Home Depot, Lowes, surrounding parks, pet stores, outside of dog parks, and more!

I had such a good experience bringing my puppy here for the board and train program. I noticed a difference in her behavior almost right away after she came home. She listened so much better, her separation anxiety improved so much, and overall seemed way more well behaved. The staff was also amazing. Everyone was super sweet, helpful, and you can tell they really care about the dogs. Leaving our puppy was a little nerve wrecking but they made me feel really comfortable the entire time and kept me updated throughout everything with pictures and videos of her. I’m really happy with the results and definitely recommend them if you’re looking for training for your dog!

Huge thanks to Megan for helping Maggie with her training! Maggie came home with a much better grasp of her commands and is an even better dog than before. We are so happy with the results from Sit Means Sit!
