My small dog, Lucy, was riddled with reactive anxiety and after nearly a year of attempting to follow (frankly, conflicting) online advice about what to do we decided to cut through the noise and go to Sit Means Sit. We were really skeptical at first, just because she can be so stubborn in her fear, and we literally tried our best. But the trainer, Michael, was fabulous! He came to our home 4 days in a row to work with her, and she went from a terrified dog who fear pooped at meeting a stranger to a pup who could walk on a leash, and paid attention to commands while people were walking around (living their lives). We had a hand-off lesson on Day 5, where my husband and I got to learn about the commands she was doing and how to effectively communicate with her. Not only is her confidence boosted, but so is ours! Practice makes progress and she took some big steps with Michael! Thank you, Sit Means Sit!
