Everyone, especially Rodney, was very nice and informative. Sophia is doing a lot better in all aspects!! Every time we go there Sophia seems to love it there seems to love the people she’s doing very good, but we have a long road ahead of us, but we knew this I highly recommend them!!!

Before bringing my dog to SMS, my dog was doing really great until she was attacked by another dog. After that she became a liability for my husband and I. She became very unpredictable on how she would react towards other dogs. I will admit, at first I had my doubts; mostly because I never wanted to send my dog to a board and train program for 2 weeks as I felt it would break the bond her and I had built since I brought her home. Within the first 5 minutes of Rodney working with her I saw how well he was doing with her and I knew I could trust them to take care of my dog Mazie. He also did a second consultation so my husband could see how she did. Rodney and Rachel went above and beyond with keeping me updated with pictures and videos of her progress she had made at her 2 week stay with them. With the group classes and the support they offer, I know it won’t be long until I feel 100% confident and ready to take her back out in public again. I couldn’t thank the SMS team enough for giving my dog the confidence she needed so she can reach her full potential!! I highly recommend them and the services they offer. My only regret is not taking her there sooner!
Prices are reasonable and they take great care of our dog.

Took my fur babe to the day training, had a great experience. Then a few months later decided to board him for a week while we went out of town. Called a few days in and they said he was doing great. Came back to them saying he was sick most of the time and so incredibly sickly that we had to take him to an emergency vet. She gave us antibiotics and pain meds due to an open wound on his testicle from the cleaning solution they use to clean the kennels. Took over a week for him to be able to sit down without yelping. We spoke to Rodney and Rachel about it and they were quick to get us in and out and be done with it. They wrote us a check for the $130 vet visit, only to have the check BOUNCE AND HAVE MY BANK CHARGE ME A FEE. Absolutely ridiculous. How embarrasing for them. Now we don't feel safe leaving our babe and will bever be back.
