Hayley was patient, knowledgeable, caring, and truly understood Maverick and his personality. We could see a difference in him throughout the training, and we are so proud of how far he has come. As a dog mom, making sure Maverick is prepared to be a good family dog and a good citizen was extremely important to me, and Hayley helped us tremendously along the way. My golden retriever puppy and I have thoroughly enjoyed our classes at Sit Means Sit. Alex Tutterow's professionalism and knowledge in the arena of dog training is unsurpassed. Amy, the office manager, is dependable and also professional. The three trainers I have come across are the best: Hailey, Jenn, and Coleen. Jenn was the one who handled/trained my girl for day camp each week and I couldn't be more pleased. She knows her business- is a superb trainer, but she is more. She cared about about my Evie and noticed when something was wrong. She was right; my girl had a bacterial infection. I will continue with Sit Means Sit until Evie is CGC certified and Therapy Certified. I am highly recommending this company to everyone I know. One of my friends already signed up!
