Sit Means Sit Dog Training

My wife and I took our 10 month old German Shepherd to Sit Means Sit in Noblesville, and now he is truly a different dog because of it. Our dog was people-aggressive, dog-aggressive, and anxious, and Jared helped us to gain control of these behaviors quickly. Our canine is now well-behaved, friendly, and responsive to commands. We are able to take him places and enjoy his company, rather than worrying about him behaving badly. We love Sit Means Sit and would recommend them to all dog owners!

For the past 8 years we have lived in a farm with fenced areas for my dogs to run free. This January we moved to the North Indy area into a duplex community that required us to leash walk our dogs to potty and exercise. My dogs were not fond of this idea and seeing so many other dogs around! They became aggressive, lunging, barking, and some growling. I knew right away I had to find a GOOD trainer to help my dogs and I. We luckily found Sit Means Sit and went to a consultation. At that first visit my Great Dane tried to eat one of the trainers. That didn’t scare Jared or Chris, they knew exactly what we needed. After talking with Chris, he explained so much about my dogs that I had not noticed before. We were sold! We signed up for training that night. Two weeks later at our second class, Sully my Great Dane was best friends with Jared and his aggressive behavior was over. I can now take my dogs camping, hiking, out for walks and potty breaks, all without any of their bad behavior we were seeing before. Sit Means Sit truly knows their stuff and communicates these ways with the dog and owner. They taught me how to train my dog and made our relationship way better! Sit Means Sit has changed the world for us! Our pets are our children and now we can do anything together. Worry and embarrassment has been relieved and now it’s fun to bring my dogs places with us!
