FirstBarkStaff is very responsive to phone calls and calling back to answer questions. Trainers are very professional, yet easy to relate to and communicate with. He is more enjoyable to have with us on walks or when people are around. He is no longer 'cute, but annoying' with his demands for attention. And he probably gets more attention now that he is better behaved, because we now will take him more places. Money WELL spent! Worth every penny

It's been 6 months since we attempted the puppy pre-school at sit means sit and we are still dealing with the adverse consequences of unprofessional and just plain bad training. Sit means sit allowed my dog to get thumped on by a dog 5x his size week after week and as a result my dog has severe anxiety and is afraid of everyone. He's been on medication and we've spent hundreds, if not thousand since on medication and behavior specialist veterinarian. They specifically point to the poor "training" practices at Sit Means Sit that likely caused all of these problems. Oh, and the trainer showed up one week 10 minutes late and appeared to be higher than a kite.
Mike, of Sit Means Sit, provided a wonderful consultation designed to help me help my rescue dog calm down and not screech when I leave her line of vision. I can't say enough about the thoughtful, helpful consulting and how to best move better for the dog and me. THANK YOU, MIKE!
We got a new puppy and knew he was going to be large so we immediately needed to get him into some sort of training. Sit means sit was very professional and helpful. He's already doing basic command after graduating the 4 week preschool.
