I highly recommend Sit means Sit. Anna is who trained our dog and she’s amazing and very knowledgeable. We boarded her for two weeks and go to group classes now. It helped tremendously. My dog has gotten over jumping on people, racing towards the door when I open it and being so reactive with other dogs. I followed exactly what Anna told me to do and I’m staying consistent. It’s worth every single penny and I would do it again if I ever got another dog. Everyone at sit means sit is knowledgeable and is always willing to help. If you are looking for a place to train your dog, look no further.

I’ve had two out of three of my dogs go through training here and I will absolutely be signing up the third dog as well. I’ve worked with almost every trainer here & I have nothing but amazing things to say about all of them. My first dog, Keira, is a German Shepherd/ Blue Heeler mix and just needed some basic obedience training to help her regulate her energy and also to listen when I need her to. She is now graduated and a night and day difference from how she used to be. My second dog, Toretto, is an American Bully/ Belgian Malinois mix who has SEVERE dog aggression, resource guarding issues, and a touch of people aggression (but only when you walk into my house.) I started Toretto off with a 10 day board & train, did a few private training sessions after, and now he is graduated to group classes. Toretto’s trainers Mike, Nick & Anna have COMPLETELY turned him around. Not only have they made him a more confident and secure dog but they also made me more confident in how to handle him and identifying his triggers before he snaps. I cannot recommend Sit Means Sit enough! If you’re looking for a place where you want your dog to be well taken care of and have you be more informed and confident in how to handle them, then I would absolutely bring them here!

Sit Means Sit is the best dog training business!!! (Anna is amazing …and was Abby’s trainer!-Thanks Anna!) They are results driven and will help you realize your training goals with your best furry friend!! The board and train option jump starts your dog into being an obedient pet within a short period of time! (Abby did the 2 week board and train.) The follow-on group classes are excellent and provide you with encouragement and the confidence to train your Fido into the well mannered dog you’d be proud to take into any setting! I really enjoy the group classes during which Abby and I get helpful feedback, training tips, and lessons in a safe environment. We practice everything from basic obedience, remaining still during distractions, tricks, and even agility. Their inside and outside training areas allow attendance year-round. Recently, I was walking my dog in a public place, and I overheard a person say to their group of 10+ friends: “Now that is how a dog is supposed to behave!” That was a proud moment for me…and a training success story!
