Sit Means Sit Dog Training

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but I’m disappointed with how the group classes are handled. I signed up for the Silver training program, which includes 25 group credits, and I’ve already completed all of my private training. However, it has been a hassle just to begin using those credits because a group class won’t be held unless at least four people sign up. We all paid for group classes, so repeatedly postponing them makes it difficult to use what we purchased. At this rate, it could take years—possibly six—to use all 25 credits. Better alternatives would be to hold scheduled classes even with fewer than four participants, offer semi-private sessions when enrollment is low, allow unused group credits to be converted to private training or other services, or provide an extension or refund when classes aren’t available. A reliable recurring schedule, waitlist, and additional classes based on demand would make the program much more usable.

I couldn't be happier with the care Louie receives at this facility! From the moment we arrive, he's excited and eager to go in, which gives me tremendous peace of mind knowing he's happy and comfortable there. The staff genuinely care about the dogs and provide outstanding attention and care every visit. One of my favorite things is the daily updates, complete with pictures, that let me see how much fun Louie is having throughout the day. The communication is excellent, and it's clear that they take the time to get to know each dog's personality and needs. Louie always comes home happy, tired, and well cared for. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, professional, and loving environment for their dog!
