Do you guys encourage people to go to large gatherings of people with their dogs off leash??? Twice during Stacy Daze I observed a dog advertising you company with their dogs off leash.
Isn't it illegal to have your dog off leash at the park in Stacy? Or are service dogs an exception?

Only approved dogs. Both dogs that were there off leas have had extensive training and have earned that privilege. Both dogs were fully under control and service dogs to their people. Please reach out if you have any other questions.

Ali & Tess are truly wonderful! We started bringing our almost 4 year old black lab, Brandy to Sit Means Sit at the beginning of the summer. She was very reactive to other dogs - growling, barking, lunging, and so on. They helped us understand that this was due to her being anxious, and being aggressive his how she dealt with it. After working with them, Brandy is completely different - she rarely barks or growls and we now know how to work with her in high-stress situations. We still have alot to learn, but its been worth every penny. Ali & Tess have helped our dog and us so much and we can't recommend them enough!

Tessie and Ali are amazing!! They have helped me work with two of my GSPs to address dominance issues by not only teaching the pups basic skills and commands, but also teaching me how to set and maintain boundaries with the pups to be a more confident pack leader.

We’ve been attending Sit Means Sit for nearly six months with our 10-month-old Australian Shepherd. Thanks to Tess and Ali, she now behaves exceptionally well in public. They have provided us with the tools to grow alongside our dog, who we are training to become a PTSD/Anxiety Service Dog. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dog training. It’s well worth the time you’ll invest. I only wish we had known about SMS when we had our other dogs years ago.

We found the guidance and help that we needed at Sit Means Sit. They listened and understood what we needed. We are still a work in progress but we have come a long way in our training. We came in lacking confidence. My dog has gained more confidence and he also has a new friend at training! We both love training here!

We’re lucky to be part of their training program. We have a stubborn dog. As someone else said, you get what you put into it and the trainers are AMAZING! It’s actually A LOT of work. Especially, with a difficult dog. Being consistent is what we need to be and that can be hard when they don’t want to listen on your terms; they are on their own timeline. I/we have worked really really hard with him and it really pays off. Just know it’s a lot of outside work and be willing to work the program. It’s really worth it.
