Do you guys encourage people to go to large gatherings of people with their dogs off leash??? Twice during Stacy Daze I observed a dog advertising you company with their dogs off leash.
Isn't it illegal to have your dog off leash at the park in Stacy? Or are service dogs an exception?

Only approved dogs. Both dogs that were there off leas have had extensive training and have earned that privilege. Both dogs were fully under control and service dogs to their people. Please reach out if you have any other questions.

Not a great program. In this version of training, your pet is 100% dependent on wearing a shock collar for correction. A shock collar with verbal commands. If that's what you'd like, then this place is for you. But.. if the shock collar comes off, you have a dog that can, and will test your abilities on the verbal commands.
Shock collar correction training is 100% the wrong approach.

I started training with Sit Means Sit about a year ago. I started with my small mixed breed dog because she had been known to wander and she had no recall. I also have a 3 year old German Shepherd who has been attacked by dogs making him nervous around them. I now have my little dog completely off leash and can trust that she will come when called. My shepherd now can be around any amount of dogs and looks to me for guidance instead of letting his nerves guide him through a stressful situation. Now my dogs are living a life that they can enjoy.

Sit Means Sit-East Central has made life with our dog, Willow, so much better! Willow used to pull and run when we tried to walk her. She jumped on everyone and barked at people as we walked. She is a very high energy dog but she now heals and listens to us instead of trying to run after every squirrel, jump on people and bark at everything. We recently took her camping and she would sit and watch people without moving or barking! Everyone commented on how she is such a good dog and they wish their dog would do that! Well, your dog can do that if you have them trained at Sit Means Sit!

Sit Means Sit to help us with issues that we were having. Like many COVID puppies our dog is very fearful of people and reactive to other dogs.
Tessie and her crew are amazing. She has a passion for what she does and it shows. She trains your dogs so they understand what we are asking them to do then she trains the owners as well so we can guide our dogs correctly to achieve results.
Tessie makes you feel that you are not alone with your struggles. She truly loves the dogs that she works with and cares for the families as well. If you put in the work with the tools she gives you the results are amazing.

We have loved our training with Sit Means Sit. Tessie is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our pup is doing phenomenal after only afew training days. We look forward to continuing group classes and learning more tips to training our dog. Highly recommend this program to anyone with dogs. The investment is SO worth it.
