Last year, we had an awful experience here. Our pup is normally young and playful, and the techniques used here stressed her out so much that she was obeying only out of fear of the collar. It was very clear in her body language. We signed up for the two week program, but did not send her back for the second week after feeling for ourselves how powerful their collar gets. My recommendation is to feel for yourselves how powerful the collar can be before you sign up for a program.
Since then, we have had much more success using positive reinforcement training.

This place is awesome! Brooks recommended the Well-Mannered Dog Training class for our new pup, Mae, and he did such an amazing job. It was a great experience for both us as owners as well as her. We all learned so much together and we will continue to take her back for daycare. Highly recommend for both training and doggy daycare!

I also loved the end of day report card with personalized videos/pictures along with how they acted! We will for sure be coming back for daycare/boarding/extra training classes!! This place is fantastic. Our dog Gus was having issues with aggression towards other dogs. After the board and train that he went through with Sarah and Brooks, Gus is more confident and working towards being around other dogs again. They have given us great tools and methods to help reinforce and guide Gus in the right direction.
