Sit Means Sit Dog Training Frisco

Mike is amazing. We brought our nine month old standard poodle to another trainer before him. After four weeks of training for two full days each week, she learned almost nothing. We thought maybe she was just too young. We have some friends who had a great experience with Mike, so we brought her to him. After just one full day, he set a great foundation with her and assured us that she's very capable and not at all too young. More importantly, he spent about an hour with us, making sure we knew what we needed to do at home. She's now doing very well with loose leash walking, which has given her and us the confidence to work with lots of other high-trust activities, like being off-leash in fields and around our yard. Mike is simply incredible with dogs (and humans). He is very attuned to what the dogs are doing and experiencing and he's also very good at translating all that into concepts that people can understand and act on. If you're shopping for a trainer - just go with this guy. You'll be impressed.

This was our first time working with a dog trainer and we couldn’t not recommend it more, specially Mike with Sit Means Sit Dog Training. Mike has a strong and broad understanding of dogs and did an amazing job at teaching and explaining to us how to train and work with our dog properly and effectively. We appreciate Mikes honesty and realness while working with us and the confidence we have seen in him even working with aggressive dogs, turning them into safe pets.

Can't say enough good about Mike. He was patient with me and the dog. Gave me all the tools to make my dog well mannered and pleasant to be around. I had reservations about the training collar...Mike put all my fears to rest. May do some additional training in the future. If you want a well behaved dog, Mike is your man. Thanks Mike for all your direction, Tucker will be a much better dog because of you!!! I appreciate all your expertise ☺️
