We have a Jack Russell that was trained by you and all is good. BUT we need to do something in regards to digging - which is probably part of their natural instincts. We can zap him when we see him digging but we don't always catch him in the act.
I have found that sprinkling a tablespoon of cayenne pepper works great for places that I don't want Aurora digging

What age is appropriate to start training. I have a golden retriever that's nine weeks old. She plays extremely rough.. Worried as I have a granddaughter 3 years old. Do you have a class available for her?

Amazing workers, super sweet and friendly, did amazing with my dog as well.
This team is fantastic! My Maggie, a 9 month old mini bernedoodle, spent 2 weeks with them, and she had a blast! Our follow-ups to train me have been so helpful! We can’t recommend them enough.
Wonderful trainers! Took my dog there a year ago and they trained him into a completely different animal. Best part is if he forgets or I lack discipline and he back tracks they do free lessons after he’s trained to refresh him and me

After a consultation with the trainer, I wouldn’t trust them with the safety of my dog. There were a lot of assumptions made about the temperament of my dog. Instead of actually addressing the singular reason for me reaching out. The trainer then went on to say that they don’t use shock collars. “They’re more like a tens unit.” A tens unit? The medical shock device that people use to stimulate muscles. The medical shock unit that needs to be placed very specifically to avoid injury? Absolutely not. I don’t appreciate the lie nor, the assumptions.
