Thank you for the feedback, John. We do appreciate you recognizing the professionalism and structure of the program. You’re absolutely right that with a recently rescued dog, confidence and stability play a big role in how quickly they can progress. That said, the program is designed to create clarity and structure for the dog, but it does require consistent follow-through and timing at home to really take hold. From what we saw during the lessons, Hanna was capable of understanding the work, but there were moments where more consistency and follow-through would have helped her push through some of those insecurities instead of staying stuck in them. Every dog and owner combination is a little different, and sometimes the pace needs to be adjusted to better match both the dog and the handler. You do have lifetime follow-up lessons available, and if you decide to continue, we’d be happy to slow things down, build her confidence, and help you feel more comfortable applying everything so it works for both of you.
