I recently completed the 10-Day dog training program with Mishka (Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd) and I couldn’t be happier with the results! When we first started, Mishka struggled with commands, jumping on people and behaviors around my 1 year old child. JonPaul Frink and the crew had exceptional patience, structure, and clear communication which made a huge difference. What really stood out was how personalized the sessions were. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, JonPaul Frink and the crew took the time to understand Mishka’s personality and learning style. They gave me simple, practical tools I could use at home, and the progress was noticeable almost immediately. They've changed our lives - they are absolutely amazing! We had (yes, I said had) a 95lb aggressive, stubborn, hard-headed Boxer/Amer-Bulldog who thought he was in charge. He assessed everyone outside of our home as a threat and unfortunately, acted accordingly. Furley has been home for two days from his 10-day training program - and to our utter surprise today, he let two strangers pet him today while on a walk. He sat when he was told to, the strangers presented their hands for him to sniff, he looked at dad (my husband) to see what he was supposed to do, then dropped his head under the strangers' hands and let them give him some love. We don't know how to adequately express our gratitude towards Sit Means Sit. Furley had become a liability but has completely turned around - he's calmer, less stressed, and now understands who is in charge. The relief we feel knowing Furley has learned his place in our family and will be able to thrive with for years to come, is such a blessing. I guarantee that we won't take him anywhere else for training and boarding needs, they are too good to not use them. 💓💓💓

I came to sit means sit with specific things I wanted to be worked on. My dog has a tendency to bark and has general and car anxiety, and that's the only focus I cared about. I agreed to a 10 day board and train, because they said he needed to build confidence. Well on the second training day I showed up to figure out that they did not focus on his barking at all, because they didn't hear him bark. We did a mock test during that session, and the lady stood outside knocking & sure enough he started barking. This indicated to me that they didn't even try to figure out why or invoked him to bark at all. I feel like I just wasted almost 3k. They just focused on what side of me he was walking on, and walking without a leash which I did not care about at all. If you need overall training they are helpful, but if you have specific training needs this is not the place.
