We've appreciated especially the effort Victoria spent answering all of our questions and walking us through the basics of "puppy management". I explained to Victoria that I really didn't want a well trained dog, but I wanted a well behaviored and HAPPY dog. She understood completely and that's exactly how things have gone. Thanks again for your team, we'll be in touch to schedule an "owners refresher" in a few weeks.
