In our private training programs you will work side by side with our trainers on a weekly basis to teach and constantly improve the obedience and dog-to-handler relationship. After we take the time to guide and teach individual commands we will go on to build more positive habits and condition specific responses from your dog. Private training requires the handler to work diligently on training in-between sessions. This option will also include group training classes.

Don’t want to leave your pup with us overnight but still want the benefits of professional training? Our Day Train program might be a perfect fit! Day Train consists of 3 weekly training sessions. Your dog gets dropped off in the morning and picked up in the evening after their training session. After each session you will meet with a trainer and go over what was covered that day. Our trainer will assign homework and tell you what needs to be practiced before their next session. Once your pup has completed Day Train, they can participate in our Group Classes!

We went for the platinum classes and it was well worth the money. My dog had issues with being on a leash not coming when being called and it was hard to do training so when I stumbled upon sit means sit I was intrigued I filled out the orientation form and got a call back to make an appointment when we went there we talked about what needed to be worked on and the different classes that they had and the trainer Liz said the platinum one would be best for my dog so we put a deposit down and scheduled the classes. Five classes once a week. We dropped her off and picked her and did a lesson after of what they were doing that day and just had to keep up with it. Was well worth the money and it has helped her and I learn a lot and she’s been doing amazing. No longer pulling on the leash, comes when you call her even when there’s distractions which was a struggle before we went to the classes. They did amazing work and I’ve learned a lot and will always recommend them to anyone who has been struggling with training.

We took our dog to Sit Means Sit after all else failed. It took five weeks one full day a week to complete training. No more barking at people (or foxes). He is also calmer since working with him wears it out. Ava was a great trainer.

One of the best aspects was the individual lesson with a trainer, in which the pet parents are taught how to use the equipment correctly and how to work with your fur baby for the best results.
Update:
Six months later, and we are so happy we took Bane to Sit Means Sit!!
He has grown significantly, and without the exceptional training he received we would have concerns about being able to control him.
Because of Sit Means Sit, my 13 year old grandson is able to correct and control him.
