Betty, we're sorry to hear that you look back on your experience with us this way. We respect your decision to ultimately choose a different training methodology.<br><br>We do want to provide some context. Our notes show that you expressed reservations about the remote collar beginning with your initial consultation and continued to have questions throughout training. Our team spent considerable time at your drop-offs and pick-ups discussing those concerns, explaining the equipment and its use, and coaching you through the process. We never want an owner to use a training tool they don't understand or feel confident using.<br><br>Benny, in particular, was a challenging dog, and we recognized that he would benefit from additional work. We offered additional in-facility training for him at no additional cost. A date was scheduled but ultimately canceled and not rescheduled. The follow-up lessons and ongoing group training support included with your program were not utilized either, and we did not hear from you afterward asking for additional help or support. We genuinely wish you had reached out to us at some point over the last year and a half so that we could have had the opportunity to help.<br><br>We wish you, Benny and Celia continued success.
