FirstBarkHave worked with Matt for my 2 dogs. After completing the training program my 1 dog is excellent and listens well. Matt has put a lot of extra time towards our second dog that is very protective and the results have been wonderful. Matt went above and beyond with his training and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

How do you provide feedback and updates on my dog's progress?
Thanks Whitney for asking. For our private lessons we provide at the end of each lesson a sheet of new “homework” for you to take and focus on. This allows you to make progress and keep you focused on your goals. For our immersive programs we provide two videos of progress to keep you involved and in the know about how we are progressing towards your training goals.

We can't recommend Matt enough! We started working with him to help train our 6-month-old puppy, Lucy, and the experience has been fantastic. We honestly weren't prepared for how chaotic introducing a high-energy puppy into a home with our 11-year-old dog would be, but Matt has been incredibly patient and supportive every step of the way. He always takes the time to answer all of our questions, explain the "why" behind his training methods, and provide practical solutions for whatever behavior we're working through. He never makes us feel like we're asking too many questions and genuinely wants both us and Lucy to succeed. Thanks to Matt, we've gained confidence as puppy owners and have already seen real progress with Lucy's behavior.
