We sent our dog, Duke, to the 10-day board and train program--and while 10 days felt like a long time to be apart from him, the experience was well worth it. He was paired with Andy, and we couldn't have asked for a better trainer. Andy clearly got Duke, and Duke really responded to him. The weekly updates and training videos were a huge comfort while he was away. It was amazing to see Duke's progress in real time--it definitely helped ease our nerves. When we got him back, we were amazed. Duke was still the same lovable, goofy guy, but now with real structure and command responsiveness. He listens, follows direction, and is clearly more confident. Andy laid an incredible foundation, and the follow-up training has made us feel fully supported in continuing Duke's journey. We genuinely can't recommend Sit Means Sit--and especially Andy--enough. It's been a true blessing for our family and for Duke. We've done the follow trainings and the amazing changes continue! If you're considering it, do it!

We searched and searched for JUST the right place for training for our six month old baby Luka. After searching and reading many reviews, we decided on Sit Means Sit. We met our amazing trainer, Andy (now referred to as Uncle Andy for Luka!) We are so impressed with the love and attention that Andy gave our baby and we would highly recommend them to anyone searching for the right place. Our dog is already over 80 pounds at six months old and will be probably 115 pounds so we were very serious about finding the perfect program. We recently enrolled our 7-month-old pug, Norman, in the 10-day Board and Train program at Sit Means Sit, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment we dropped him off, we felt confident he was in great hands. His trainer, Andy, was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about what he does. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the facility itself is spotless. It’s obvious they take pride in maintaining a clean and professional environment. What really impressed us were the follow-up one-on-one sessions after the initial training. They were outstanding and helped reinforce everything Norman learned during his stay. We’re also really looking forward to participating in the group classes to continue building on his progress. Yes, the program is definitely an investment—but we truly believe you get what you pay for. The training methods work. Norman still has his same fun-loving, goofy personality, but now he listens to commands and obeys consistently. It’s the best of both worlds! Highly recommend Sit Means Sit to anyone serious about effective, lasting dog training.

We’ve been with sit means sit since the beginning. Puppy classes. A week of training and then group classes afterwards. All of the trainers are invested in your success. They are quick to help you and offer solutions to issues as they come up during your dog’s development. We are so thankful to have them as partners during this process. I can’t imagine raising and training our dog without their help.
