After reading a lot of great reviews, we were hopeful to try training with Sit Means Sit! We have a 20 week old Aussie doodle puppy who is very high energy and quite a handful at times. We went to our first one-on-one session with them which went well, but we left feeling somewhat more confused than we did when we arrived. I did have a lot of questions which they took time to answer (and I am very grateful), but they were supposed to give us "homework" to work on and they never specified what that was exactly. I called back asking if they could give me the homework and she said they would text it to me. We never got a text. And no one ever reached out to us again after our appointment to follow up... Therefore, I cancelled our following appointment because I felt that it was unorganized. I usually don't leave reviews but thought this was poor management and we were really hoping for a better experience than this.
