I have a very reactive and possessive dog, and Chase and his team have been so helpful and reassuring during the entire process. My daughter and her service dog had an incredibly uncomfortable moment with a Sit Means Sit trainer and the dog they were working with. Chase fielded my concerns quickly and compassionately, so while the incident felt very bad to us I am reassured that they are taking it seriously. My husband and I signed our dog Rue up for training to help with her anxiety. We’re a newly single dog household and she needed to build up her confidence. After 3 day training/night trainings we are shocked and over the moon with how far Rue has come. Chase and Candice were so great with her and with us teaching us how to work her properly. They know what they are talking about and are very patient. Not once did we feel dumb or talked down too because of a question we asked or a comment we said. I would highly recommend sit means sit to anyone and if we ever have a future dog I know where we are going for training.
Maxo and I began training with Chase a couple weeks ago and I can definitely see his progress! I was feeling overwhelmed after my second week due to some set backs and all the staff was so caring and reassuring. They are great at explaining things and helping you understand what you should be doing as well as your dog. Everyone there has been exceptional from the beginning and continues to be!

My dog training experience has been amazing. Despite coming across mixed reviews online on this method, I decided to try it out. Initially cautious about my puppy’s well-being, I found the approach to be gentle. She is an 8-pound Bischpoo and is making good progress. Safety was my main concern during training, as she tended to get into risky situations and had some behavioral issues. Each time we visited, the trainers warmly welcomed us and asked, "What areas do you want to work on today?" After three sessions, her recall has significantly improved, and she now responds better to commands. I am looking forward to starting group training sessions soon.
