FirstBarkKris and Maize were very thorough when explaining new commands to me which certainly helped Molly continue her training at home. They encourage open communication and ask that you reach out with any questions or feedback. Molly is truly a work in progress but we'll get there with their help.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! My wife and I took our pup here when he was 3 months old.W e initially asked Kris if he was too young for training. His words, “the earlier the better” and with this information we signed him up. We paid $2.5k for 5 days plus boarding. As our pup was there we requested daily updates in which they provided. 2 days prior to us picking him up we received a message from Kris’s wife, Tina (also the receptionist) who stated the trainer has been falsifying our pup’s progress and was fired. We gave them another chance as they offered to give him an additional 5 days for free. In this time, we observed our pup and he did not make any progress. During a training session Kris stated verbatim, “I am ready to give you your money back and give up.” What “professional” dog trainer says that? NONE! The only real compensation and/or constellation prize offered was for him to come back at an “older age” to graduate and join group classes. Kris or Tina has not contacted us since then. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TAKING YOUR FUR BABY HERE!!! Thanks Kris and Tina.. NOT!

Kris and his staff are all amazing! We tried some online classes that didn’t help. When we found out Kris, and met him it was a perfect match. He takes the dog for the day and practice what they worked on, he would show us one on one what was taught during the day and when we would get there Kris was there making sure we teach the dog properly. We are now in group class and Kris is super patient and worked our dog during the entire class. I would recommend anybody thinking about training their dog to look into Sit Means Sit. The staff is great, and you will be very happy using this company.
We had such a great experience with Sit Means Sit services. Our six year old Aussie needed some bad behavior habits broken and their one week boarding helped improve these habits so quickly! They were great about instructing us as the owners how to keep up these changes at home. We are very pleased with our pups progress!

I turned to Sit Means Sit based on the recommendation of my vet. A week of "Doggie Boot Camp" followed by weekly group sessions with other pups has made a world of difference. It's serious work and requires commitment, but Kris and the team at SMS provide tremendous support and teach you the skills needed to communicate with your pup effectively. We've been at it about 2 months and the improvement has been steady. I'm so grateful for SMS.
