We enrolled our two dachshunds in Sit Means Sit for a one-week training program and have been attending the weekly group classes ever since. So far, everything has gone exactly as we were told it would. For a little context, our boys are slightly stubborn, co-dependent brother dachshunds with some doggy A.D.H.D., so they definitely came with their own set of interesting challenges. 😊 Kris and Mazie have both been great to work with. They are knowledgeable, approachable, and have done a great job of explaining not just what to do, but why we're doing it. They set realistic expectations from the start and have always been available to answer questions along the way. We've seen good progress with both dogs, and the group classes have been especially helpful for practicing around distractions and reinforcing what they've learned. Training is definitely an ongoing process, and we still have work to do, but we feel like we have the tools and support we need to keep moving in the right direction. Overall, we're very happy with our experience and appreciate all the help from Kris, Mazie, and the rest of the team. We look forward to continuing the classes and seeing what our two stubborn (but EXTREMELY adorable) little dachshunds can accomplish next!
