Wish I could leave 0 stars. The second you sign paperwork, you're fully committed to something, even if it doesn't work. For over $2,500, seems unreasonable. Met with the trainer after every private class, took him to classes regularly and worked daily with him for hours in the home. It actually made him worse. His aggression began and got worse as we continued to use the collar. We shared the aggression and issues we were having with the trainer, but according to the owner, Matt, it was not in their notes. It's a he said, she said battle. **I chatted with Matt and emailed his wife (also an owner) before posting to try to rectify this in private before coming to the reviews** I called about 3 weeks after having to put my dog down. Matt's wife was responding to me via email, but she instructed me to discuss the matter with him. After playing phone tag, we connected. He began by literally reading the contract to me. I asked him to stop and that I understood what the contract said and that because the training did not work, that I'd like a refund. He then again started reading the contract. When I tried to cut him off to say I didn't need him to read me the contract, he asked me to stop "being emotional." I asked in good faith for a refund, or even partial refund ,and to make an exception. He said he could not have human feelings about this and that he was a business owner. I asked if he cared about his clients, and he said that he ran a business. He was starting to get fired up a little bit so I politely asked him to stop "being emotional" has he had done to me minutes before. He then mentioned that if they had known the issues that were going on (which we communicated) that they would have come to our home. I asked if that was in the contract, and he said no. The classes they hold are the same rotation, over and over again. We did the same exercises in our home and the only thing it caused was a more frightened puppy. A 1.5 year old dog. I hate doing reviews like this. But I hope no one is put in the position we were put in. Matt was not sympathetic to the fact that their training did not work, just concerned about his business and bottom line. I do not recommend. ***In response to this review, Matt posted one of the very first videos of my dog in training. A dog that he is aware of that I’ve since had to put down.
