The staff at Sit Means Sit is unmatched. They’re extremely knowledgeable, personable and responsive. They work with different techniques and go above and beyond to be sure that you are getting the desired results and resolve any issues you’re working through with your furry four legged one. I have taken my dog for a little under a year and enjoy going for the weekly class. Shout out to Cody and Casey, they’re fantastic group instructors! You will not be disappointed in their program or any of their team who are there to help you and your pup! 5 stars, highly recommend!

To be up front, I did not use this service. I see from the many positive reviews that they must have a good program. However, after talking with another independent dog trainer who offered 5 private sessions for $350, my hubby and I came here for a free consultation. I was very encouraged that our dog was not hopeless, however, upon hearing the price, I did not know whether to laugh or cry! If you can afford it, I guess it might be a good place go?

So it’s been years since we were here but after working with positive reinforcement trainers and seeing the results I am embarrassed we came here first. My biggest issue is they attempt to say the collar is a light tap to get your dogs attention. But when we went to pick our dogs up the trainer was using it to shock my dog into submission. I fully understand what electrical stimulation is, as I use it at work. I understand it’s not physically harmful. But what it mentally did to one of my dogs who was shocked into submission was infuriating. She didn’t want to go into the car for months, thinking she would be returning here. Working with certified positive reinforcement trainers, who actually taught us the psychological aspects of our dogs issues has produced wonderful results without causing our dogs to fear us. The one size fits all techniques used here cause far more harm than anything.
