Sit Means Sit Dog Training Waukesha

We have been so ecstatic with the training our two (very sweet but rambunctious) boys have gotten with Sit Means Sit. Miah and Matt F. were absolutely wonderful with our dogs. They are both so kind, and you can tell they love the animals. We've moved into group classes with Matt F., and he is so fantastic with the dogs, from his demeanor and patience with them, to his knowledge. I really appreciate the special attention paid to each dog's individual challenges and the ways we are taught to deal with them in class and at home. One of the things that really stood out to me is that there was never a feeling of rushing you in or out when we picked up our dogs (we did the all-day drop-off training sessions). Especially with two dogs, Matt took so much time to demonstrate drills with each dog and give us ample opportunity to feel comfortable implementing them at home. And when they say they are always there for support, they really are! We have seen a tremendous improvement in our dogs' overall behavior, especially when taking them on walks, which was such a struggle (a huge win for us). That said, you do have to do to the work at home with your dog to reinforce the training. Another thing we noticed was that our dogs LOVED going to training and coming back for class. I was concerned they would view it as a punishment, but they really seem to love it. They love doing the drills at home and are SO happy and proud when they get things right and get their praise. 10/10 would recommend.
