Friendly people BUT very disappointed to hear that the only training practices used were shock collars. Bri Stated that they barely hurt and it "just wakes them up." I tested the HIGHEST level on myself and it HURT. Why would I do this to my puppy if I wouldn't want it done to me? Was not pleased with how I was communicated with after expressing discomfort with "easy out" techniques in training. Please utilize "positive reinforcement training" as opposed to harmful practices. Asked if they had options that did NOT use shock and was not given a real answer, just told that they don't hurt... I am hopeful that you guys introduce different types of training. My goal of my review is to share my perspective on animal wellness, customer service, and hopefully to boost your offerings. Thanks
