Sit Means Sit of Orange County specializes in dog and puppy training for the real world. Our experienced staff works well with dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds and temperaments. Our goal for our clients is to have happy obedient dogs with on and off leash control around severe distractions. Utilizing Sit Means Sit’s Better, Faster, Smarter training system, we make it fun to accomplish this goal quickly. In all our obedience programs we teach the basic commands like come, sit, place, etc. We will also work with your dog on things like car manners, loose leash and off leash walking, and furniture rules. Additionally, we teach how to stop nuisance behaviors like jumping, digging, and biting.

A premier program. In this program, your dog will stay in the care of our staff at our training facility. During their stay, your dog will be training daily with our professional dog trainers. Your dog will quickly learn the commands we teach in the Obedience Training Program.

Our Group Training Program is unlimited for the life of your dog. Clients must first train in the Private Lessons Program or a Board and Train Program before being graduated to Group Training. Once ready, clients can come to as many group classes as they want for the life or their dog.

I have 2 energetic small dogs who would pull me down the street, jumped on me and other people and growl and lunge at other dogs. Now no pulling no jumping no lunging. We still have work to do but they are so much better behaved in the two months I have worked with Sit Means Sit. I highly recommend the Huntington Beach Sit Means Sit. And also shout to Shaun who mans the desk and promptly returns calls.
Daniel was very knowledgeable and great with are Rowdy boy. We all learned a lot and saw a huge difference in our puppy. Thank you

My pup participated in the 10 day boarding program. Sit means sit was super communicative all the way through, sending photos and updates multiple times a week. The drop off training day felt a little rushed and learning the nuances of the training collar has been tricky, but our follow up training with Daniel had been great! We still have a few lessons left (and we are grateful! The pup is better at listening but by no means fully trained yet) The training overall has been impressive, but definitely is a process that isn’t fully complete yet. We will keep working!
This place is great! Everyone is super nice and professional and they have a lot of patience with my dog. It's definitely helping our dog be more confident and we look forward to continuing working with them.
