There is quite a bit involved when it comes to service dog training, so we ask that you contact us for a consultation. Your dog may not be eligible based on breed or age, but we can help point you in the right direction.
Service dog training can be quite expensive depending on the tasks needing to be performed, but we can answer any questions you have. Feel free to give us a call!

I was very impressed with Sit Now Stay's website and philosophy. I wanted to use them for our new puppy. I sent a request for consultation to them on Wednesday or Thursday. I called multiple times on that day and the following days through Monday of the following week. I never received a call or email or any type of contact. They finally called on Tuesday at 10 a.m. and told me I had an appointment scheduled for a call at this time. I would never have scheduled at this time since I work during the day. They were not rude on the phone as well when I did not know who was calling me and expressed my confusion as to the "scheduled call." I ended up going with another training center and so far are VERY happy. They contacted me the day I sent my request and I met the trainer that night!

I cannot attest to actually using this establishment because I had to cancel my appointment due to my dog becoming severely ill, however I will say that customer service has been horrible. I was charged to hold my place back in July. I cancelled within the cancellation policy in order to be refunded back the charged amount. This charge was never refunded back to me. When I realized this and called a couple months later, I was told by Sydney that they would have someone call me back as the charge wasn’t refunded because they had switched to a new system. Never received a call- waited several weeks in case the proper person was on vacation or out sick. Had to call back and was told by Sydney that the owner would mail me a check for the refund (I was not allowed to come pick it up). Haven’t received a check and it’s been over a month since that was promised. We have called multiple times and haven’t been able to get anyone to answer the phone anymore. We are truly frustrated with the process and how hard it’s been to get a refund from a timely cancellation for several months.
**Update: We heard back from the owner and she personally hand delivered a check for the charge today. We appreciate the effort she went through to resolve the issue.

Best dog training I’ve ever experienced. They are thorough, highly qualified, & truly care about dogs & teaching their owners how to handle any undesirable behavior using positive reinforcement, verbal correction, & leading. It is not punitive for the dog which is unlike the training we went through nearly 20 years ago for our first 2 family dogs. At that time, the teaching was to ‘break’ the dog & force submission if the dog did not comply which seemed rather harsh IMO. I believe this will be money well spent to help us train our golden retriever puppy & our chihuahua to be well-behaved doggies.

If I could give them a 10+ I would! Sierra and the team helped me and my 1.5year old Boxer Ty more than any other Trainor has been able to….and he had been training since 12 weeks old. Sierra not only explained why Ty does the things he does, but she also equipped me with the right tools to actually help my dog be successful! I think the biggest thing they taught me was that a lot of Ty’s over reactions were because of fear and anxiety. Then they gave me the tools to help ease his fears and anxiety! Ty is a new dog and I owe it all to the trainers! Ty did the 2 week stay and train and also on the huge plus side he gets to go a few times a week for muscle mutts and he comes home tired and stronger each time! If you read this review and you need help… Please call them today!

I cannot speak to their training, which may be fantastic — I don’t know. My issue is that I made a reservation yesterday to rent the pool for half an hour so that my dog and I could swim together, as that is what their website and Facebook posting implied. However, when I got there and was sitting on the ramp trying to coax my dog into the water and trying to psyche myself up into getting into the water, too, (because the water was extremely cold), someone came into the area and told me that I could not be in the water and I also had to even get off of the ramp. I explained that my dog needed me to help coax her in; given a few more minutes, I would be able to do so. I was basically ORDERED to get off ramp. I was like, “So now what am I supposed to do?” I was told that I would need to hire a trainer to help my dog get into the pool by herself. I then said, “Okay. I will pay for that then because we just drove 60 miles to allow Renata (my dog) to swim, which she loves to do, but she is shy and nervous without my or someone else’s help to get off the ramp and into the water.” I was told nobody was available at that time; I would have to make specific appointment for that. Please see the three photos (screenshots) where they definitely give false impression that BOTH owner and dog would be able to use the pool (“your dog enjoy a dip with you”). Extremely disappointed and wasted time, gas, AND took four hours of personal leave so that Renata and I could have a swim-together adventure, which did NOT happen.
