3 week training is a scam. Was promised my dog would be potty trained, crate trained and basic commands. None of those things translated into the home. He came over to “fix” and he could not get her to stop crying in her crate while he was here either. Provided no solutions other than “patience” but when I said ok so do I just leave her to cry in the crate for two hours straight and cry it out? He said no don’t let her cry that long it’s not normal. But didn’t provide an alternative and couldn’t solve when he came over. Then when I said she’s still pooping in the house 2-3 times a week he said it was “because you are not following the instructions to leave her in her crate all day” my jaw about dropped when he said that because he was the one who told me not to let her cry in her crate and couldn’t get her to stop himself I asked for a partial Refund and was denied because he will “fix” the issues but even after she returned for a second visit and he came to my house nothing changed. My dog is an angel- seriously the sweetest and 95% perfect. I paid $2400 because I was promised she would be potty trained and that did not happen. This training did literally 0 for us. The lifetime guarantee is just his way of not ever being liable because he will say “come for more classes” But even when he came to my house he couldn’t solve the issue

We did the 3 week bootcamp for our mini dachshund puppy (quite the stubborn sausage) and could not recommend it more! Alberto and the staff are great, treating our pup like family, always super responsive and gave us tons of information to keep our pups progress going at home. Huge improvements with potty training, obedience and “alpha” behaviors. Our dog loved making so many doggy friends to play with too!
