Sit, Stay, ‘N Play in Stroudsburg, PA is a dog training and social center that lets your dog meet other dogs and people, providing both mental and physical stimulation.Our indoor area is climate controlled for year-round fun, sports, and training. We also have a gym complete with equipment that accommodates up to 15 dogs.Unlike some dog training classes, Sit, Stay, ‘N Play classes are held indoors with over 2,300 square feet for our training center. We use environmentally friendly recycled tire flooring specifically designed for dog training and agility. Our rubber flooring gives added traction, joint protection and shock absorption to the dogs (and trainers!) while running and jumping.

I am so happy to have found Sit, Stay, ‘N Play. I tried basic obedience with different trainers and nothing stuck. I almost wrote my dog off as just a pretty dog with not much going on up there, but I figured I’d try one more time. Training here has been amazing. Daphne is proving she can turn that brain on! She is way more responsive and attentive overall, not just when she’s in training mode. Classes really have been great for our dog-human relationship!
You really feel part of a community here, from follow-up calls to being able to pop in and get questions asked - it’s a much different experience than I’ve had anywhere else. Seriously, where else are you able to speak to someone via phone or in person almost immediately, where they encourage questions?
I’m looking forward to bringing my other dogs to various classes as well as to continue building upon Daphne’s basic obedience (because as it turns out, she’s not a genius but she’s also not a dummy!)

The classes were set with the partner dog, that helped to socialize our puppy to ppl and a dog in a class. By the end we were expected to pass a good citizen dog test to show the ability of our dog to be not aggressive towards the dog caring ppl: trainers, dog sitters, veterinarians, neighbors and other dog service ppl. We received good recommendations, corrections in our trainings and follow up advices.Thank you, Dan and Kathy.

Kathy absolutely knows her stuff. Learning is done in a safe, fun, and flexible way. HIGHLY recommend. Also, if your dog has specific quirks or issues, she will work with you to work on them. After week 5, I took my puppers to Michael's and he was an angel.
