Cristal is an excellent trainer
100% recommend. All the trainers are great, and the cost is very reasonable.

11 months later and I still think Crystal is the best. I had an unfortunate mishap when my anxious border collie reacted and ended up non-weight bearing for 4-6 weeks. Texted with Crystal about treadmills because my dogs need lots of activity and she loaned me hers! She hand delivered it and spent an hour with my two fur babies acclimating them to the treadmill and teaching me how to work with them on it. She is an angel... 11 months ago...Met with Crystal for a private session today and she was amazing. The changes I'm seeing in my anxious border collie after only one visit are totally noticeable. We still have a ways to go, but I'm confident with Crystal's guidance he will get there.
I sent an email inquiry and she was pretty rude and I sent back a nice response wanting to work with her but very disappointed. I have heard from multiple of people that it is common for her to be rude. Too bad she lost a customer. I have to go somewhere else because being rude is unnecessary and UNPROFESSIONAL.
