FirstBarkYukon my chocolate Labrador boarded at slater kennels multiple times. Will was always accommodating of my crazy work schedule. After the first time she was always excited to see him and spend time with his two black Labradors. A solid place to seek further training on your gun dog or board your dog. Will always is accommodating plus goes above and beyond for your doggo.

Not only is William an awesome dog trainer, but he has also become a very good friend to my family through his ease of communication and willingness to share his expertise with us as he was training our dog, Costa, to be a bird dog. After finding Slater Kennels, we knew he was the right fit to train our lab. We toured his facilities and spoke with him one-on-one so we knew ahead of time what to expect when she stayed at his kennel as well as how her training would be administered. We were pleased to see that the kennels he had were VERY clean and well maintained. After nearly three months spent with William, Costa came back with an eagerness to please and a love for the sport of bird hunting. We would highly recommend Slater Kennels for your dog’s needs whether that be for boarding or training. William’s love for dogs and wisdom in what makes them tick is clearly shown in his patience for the work he does. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
