Smart Paws Dog Training

My family loves Jenina! My dog is VERY difficult and we had little success with another trainer, but once we started working with Jenina we saw vast improvement. Her sessions are focused and she clearly absolutely adores and understands dogs, even the little troublemakers like my guy! I work in pet care and have no qualms about referring my clients and personal friends to Jenina. (Also, I hope everyone is aware that Jenina's Smart Paws is NOT affiliated at all with the similarly-named business that recently has been in the news for a very sad reason.) Jenina is the best!!

Jenina is absolutely amazing. We have 3 huskies in our family and we would have been lost without her training us as much as she trained our pups. We have probably recommended her to 10 other friends/coworkers who hired her, and each of them have probably recommended Jenina to like 5 people who hired her as well. Her prices are great, her ability to train dogs with any type of issue (reactive, leash pullers, anxious, etc.) is top notch, and you can tell she really cares about each dog she trains. After our neighbors hired her on our recommendation she wanted to stop by and see our dog, even though it had probably been 2-3 years since she trained her. Hopefully Google removes them, but if there are still any 1 star reviews for the Studio City business with a similar name, THAT IS NOT JENINA and she is in no way affiliated with that company. In an age where people make decisions based on Google/yelp reviews, it is mind-blowing that people could be so cruel as to leave 1 star reviews for a hardworking, kind person like Jenina without even doing the most basic amount of due diligence. My girlfriend and I have been working with Jenina at Smart Paws for a month based on a glowing recommendation from our neighbor who worked with her. Jenina is outstanding. She is a detailed, positive dog trainer, who is also great at training us, on how to properly walk our dog Charlie. He had issues barking at other dogs and thanks to her he is becoming more calm and we have learned how to work with him to curb his behavior. It has come to our attention that there is another dog trainer in the area who got a similar company name to Jenina and he is awful. Some of the criticism of him has been accidently hurtled at Jenina. This is truly unfortunate for her and I hope the facts come to light!
