Smart Paws Resort and Training

Our 2 Aussies were boarded and cared for so well; while we were away for 10 days. The whole experience was seamless from scheduling to pick up. Staff welcomed questions, were professional and prompt with any follow up. They communicated how our pups were doing and sent photos of their stay daily. Awesome experience for first time having to leave our pups. Our pups were happy and healthy and sooo clean from their last day spa. Would highly recommend !!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Smart Paws Resort & Training! Samantha and her team are absolutely amazing. Whether it's boarding, training, grooming, or simply answering questions about my dogs, they always go above and beyond. Leaving your pets behind can be stressful, but I never worry when my dogs are at Smart Paws. I know they are safe, loved, and being cared for by people who genuinely treat every dog like family. The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can feel the positive energy the moment you walk through the door. The grooming services are top-notch, and I've seen firsthand how well they work with dogs of all personalities, including those with anxiety or socialization challenges. Their facility has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that helps even nervous dogs feel comfortable and at ease. I also love attending their Bite Nights and watching the incredible work they do with training. Their retail shop is another bonus, with excellent recommendations for collars, leashes, toys, and enrichment items that actually make a difference. If you're looking for a place that truly cares about both pets and their owners, Smart Paws Resort & Training is the best around. I wouldn't trust my dogs anywhere else!

I would highly recommend Smart Paws to anyone looking for dog boarding! I dropped my Golden Retriever off with them for about a week. He is typically reactive towards new people and dogs, however when we walked in, he went straight with the girl at the front desking doing his check-in. They were always quick to message back if I wanted to check to see how he was doing. He was able to be his goofy self and received plenty of pictures of him on walks or during his playtimes. He also got groomed by them as well. They were able to help shave down some stubborn mats he had and trimmed his nails without issues. He also had a hotspot previous to boarding that we had been working on healing, and when I picked him up, it was no longer ready and looked so much better. After having a bad experience with a different boarding facility a few years back with him, this was such a breathe of fresh air. I will definitely book with them again and know that my dog is well cared for.
